This past week, I had another mentor meeting with Mr. Underwood. During the meeting, we discussed which how-to guides I am going to create for my final product.

Here are the nine ideas we decided on:

How to Identify Signs of Medical Malpractice

How to Understand Medical Negligence Laws

How to Avoid Medical Malpractice

How to Understand Tort Reform

How to Advocate for Patient Safety

How to Understand and Stay Informed about Recent Medical Malpractice Cases

How to Choose the Right Medical Malpractice Attorney

How to Become a Medical Malpractice Lawyer

How to Understand and Navigate Arbitration Clauses in Healthcare Contracts

After deciding this, I created a calendar to complete my final work by the beginning of April. With this calendar, I will create one guide a week and then obtain my mentor's feedback by the end of each week.

Finally, to end out the week, I wrote an assessment concluding my research about tort reform. It marked the last article I will read regarding the topic. I loved researching it and found it intriguing, but it was time to research a different part of medical malpractice.

Overall, I am excited to begin my final product and shadow my mentor these next couple of months.
